PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO STUDIO

Discover our new and modern photo and video studio situated in East Belfast along Holywood Road. It measures 25 square metres of floor space, with large windows that allow natural light to enhance a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The studio is equipped with studio flashlights for photography, a high glide rail system for two studio lights and a wall mounted boom arm to mount a third light. We have a wide selection of different coloured paper backdrops. Separate charges apply for use of backdrops where clients need full length (and use of floor).

For video, the studio comes with a large Compac 200 Nanlite LED light.

Perfect for any creative projects and productions, our studio is a versatile space for small to medium groups.

    2 hours - £50**

    Half day (3.5 hours) - £75

    Whole day (7 hours) - £140

    Overtime - £25/hr

  • Booking Process and Payment

    1. To book our meeting room, please enquire using the form here.

    2. A booking is considered confirmed once full payment has been made.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    1. Cancellations and rescheduling made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund of the payment.

    2. Cancellations and rescheduling made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date will incur a fee, which is 50% of the total rental payment.

    3. Cancellations or rescheduling made on the day or within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date will forfeit the entire payment.

    Use of Space

    1. The meeting room space must be used only for the purposes specified in the rental agreement and agreed upon by both parties.

    2. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted in the meeting room comply with local laws and regulations, including but not limited to noise ordinances, fire codes, and health and safety standards.

    3. Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.

    4. Clients are responsible for any damage or loss incurred to the meeting room space, equipment, or property during the rental period and may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

What we can expect from you:

  • Leave the studio clean and well presented. Any damage or breakages must be accounted for.

  • Clearing away of any equipment or props used.

  • Staying within the booking times
