EVENTS/TRAINING SPACE
Our event/training room is a large open plan, multi-use space, suitable for a wide range of different activities.
The room has a refreshment area, a small soft-seating area and a large open area with two large presentation screens, that can be arranged in a variety of configurations. The gallery above shows a selection of different suggested layouts.
The space comes equipped with 6 rectangular tables, 2 semi circular tables and up to 28 meeting room chairs.
The refreshment area is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, food preparation area, dishwasher, sink, and a variety of kitchen utensils and appliances. Tea and coffee are provided free of charge, but clients can use the facilities bringing their own food/drinks for breakfasts/lunches/breaks, etc. Please enquire if you would like us to provide any food/refreshments.

Weekday rates (9am-5pm):
Monday to Friday - £50/hr
Half day rate (3.5 hours) - £130
Full day rate (7 hours) - £220
Price includes free tea, coffee & water & access to self-catering area.

Booking Process and Payment
1. To book our meeting room, please enquire using the form here.
2. A booking is considered confirmed once full payment has been made.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellations and rescheduling made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund of the payment.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date will incur a fee, which is 50% of the total rental payment.
3. Cancellations or rescheduling made on the day or within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date will forfeit the entire payment.
Use of Space
1. The meeting room space must be used only for the purposes specified in the rental agreement and agreed upon by both parties.
2. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted in the meeting room comply with local laws and regulations, including but not limited to noise ordinances, fire codes, and health and safety standards.
3. Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.
4. Clients are responsible for any damage or loss incurred to the meeting room space, equipment, or property during the rental period and may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
